Tax Identification Codes (TIC)

Process

Step 1

A. Create an account on the “Tax For All” (TFA) Portal using the following link:
👉 https://taxforall.mof.gov.cy/Home

B. Enter your personal details and click “Submit my registration.”
(You will receive a confirmation email.)

C. Activate your TFA account by clicking the link provided in the email.
(Note: The link is only valid for 2 hours.)

D. Once your account is verified, log in to your TFA account and:

  • Select “Register as a new taxpayer.”

  • Click “Start new registration.”

  • Choose “Register an Individual as a new taxpayer.”

Step 2

A. Answer the relevant questions and provide your personal details where required.

B. Upload the necessary documents according to your situation (see below), and then click “Submit Request.”

Required Documents:

  • For Cypriot citizens: Copy of your Identification Card (ID).

  • For EU citizens residing in Cyprus: Copy of your Registration Certificate from the Civil Registry and Migration Department (CRMD) – also known as the yellow slip.

  • For non-EU citizens residing in Cyprus: Copy of your Permanent Residence Certificate from the Civil Registry and Migration Department – also known as the pink slip.

  • For non-residents of Cyprus: Copy of an official certificate from your country of residence, clearly showing your Tax Code / Identification Number / Social Insurance Number, along with a personal photo. You must also attach a letter explaining the reason for your request to register with the Cyprus Tax Department.

Step 3

A representative from the Cyprus Tax Department (note: this is not us) will contact you by email and provide you with:

1. Your Tax Identification Code (TIC)

2. Your TAXISnet login credentials
